Assistant General Manager
Be part of one of the biggest openings in Sydney this year! Vito’s is inspired by the Italian-American dining scene, a vibrant restaurant and bar where the nostalgia and grandeur of mid-century New York come together.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced Assistant General Manager / 2IC to help lead the team at Vito's from the beginning.
